My knees and feet hurts. I've been working all day long standing.
GOD it hurts!
I need to loose weight or I'll loose my knees and my ability to walk properly. Just woke up and couldn't barely walk properly.
Today is Saint Joseph's day and I made a promise that I will stay one year without fried potatoes. Also, I'm willing to try to cut off flour. I've been in absence of sugar for a month.

I'll be avoiding foods that hasn't nutricional value, just carbs and fat. I'm getting nothing good from those zero nutritional value things.

I have been trying my damndest to stay positive I knew the shit would not be easy, but it makes me sad. I feel like my family doesnt give a fuck that Im isolating. My friends honestly dont care barely check in. On the positive honestly I cant really say I have bingeing issues, or an issue overeating. I've been restricting my calories to around 1300/1400 calories most days and I haven't been super hungry or irritable. I think my issue was not having any structure. I would ignore food all day when I worked then go crazy when I could. Ive def lost weight. Clothes fit better and shit, but Im still not where I wanna be.
Tracking Calories on myfitnesspal gives me major anxiety and makes me want to pull my hair out soo honestly Ive been eating the same thing more or less everyday.
Breakfast- Protein oatmeal with some flax seeds I grind and strawberries/blueberries whatever is around. Matcha late with soymilk sometimes just straight matcha as I like bitter things. Approx 460 calories. Though I can really only eat like 3/4 of that oatmeal as I fucking hate breakfast.
Lunch- Chicken sandwich. Saralee multigrain bread around a half an avocado depending on size, few tomato slices, and 4 ounces of chicken breast that I batch make in the ninja airfryer which is awesome machine if I do say so myself. Again around 400 ish calories.
Dinner- Typically another 4 oz serving of chicken breast and cauliflower rice and another vegetable serving like edamame or spinach. Like 330 calories.
Snack- depends sometimes I do and sometimes I dont. Typically when I do it will be like 1/2 cup of greek yogurt and some fruit whatever is lying around typically berries again. idk around 140- 180ish calories depending on the fruit.
I just wanna be happy, and I feel like its never gonna happen. I used to have dreams about going into the food industry, but being that I don't trust myself to work with food day in and out I gave that up. Sometimes I just wanna say fuck it. Why cant I be normal like everyone else? Also being gay doesn't help. Knowing I will never compare to the guys on tv, Instagram, and what have you doesn't help. I recently told my therapist that I feel being fat pushed me back into the closet. He was like "being straight isnt any easier", and I just looked at him like he was the one that lost his mind lmao.
